Shipping policy
Orders processed before 2 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
We use different shipping methods for the different products:
- Mail delivery
- Parcel shipping via DHL
- Pickup
Shipping
With the exception of small items such as our Cyberquad kit we ship all goods via DHL. All of our deliveries are made via DHL's GoGreen program and are executed CO2 neutral. If there are items in the shopping cart that are currently not available, we always contact our customers in advance whether they prefer a split delivery or a joint delivery.
If an e-mail address or telephone number is given when ordering, we will pass this on to DHL to inform our customers about the current shipping status. Once we process the order, we will send the tracking number with which customer via the DHL Tracking can also find out about the current status of the shipment at any time.
DHL gives the Standard transit time of packages with 1-2 business days.
Shipping
We charge EUR 4.99 for shipping within Germany, EUR 13.99 within the EU and EUR 19.99 for the rest of the world.
We ship free of charge for orders over EUR 35.00 (Germany), EUR 50.00 (EU) or EUR 70.00 (rest of the world).
The shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before ordering.
Pickup
All items in stock can also be picked up at our headquater in Lörrach. This option can be easily selected at checkout. As soon as the items are ready for collection, we will send a notification by email or SMS.
